Lots of features

Great company to work with. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have been responsive to all queries, and seem to care deeply about our success.

PROS

We found VisitLog to be highly customizable for our needs. There are many options; and the support team has been extremely helpful and willing to help us to achieve our needs.

CONS

With all of the features, it sometimes becomes hard to find the exact feature I'm looking for. I think that a bit more time spent in the interface would help me to learn the software better.

Software is easy to use, stable, simple to administrate, flexible.

CONS

Badge designer and design at all could be better.

Visitor system in entrance review

We just brought the software. After some trails and errors we have got system to work and now it help us keep track of all our visitors. Our staff prebook visitors at our intranet and that unload work to our staff.

Replaces pen and paper in empty reception area

For our orginisation this replaced a pen and paper system for recording visitors and with an un-manned reception desk, provided a notification system and allowed any visitor to book in and be promptly seen. Having Visitlog means that visitors are no longer left in reception not knowing how to get in touch with the person the are there to visit, or left unattended

PROS

Very easy to use and straight forward to setup. The confidentiality over a pen and paper setup, where any visitor could read through all previous visitors is of high priority to us and our guests. Visitlog gets away from that by not making visible to unauthorised persons all our visitor history.

CONS

The purposes for which we use the software, all of our needs are met and we do not have any negative experience in the time that we have been using it.

The multifunctional receptionist.

When it's all setup it saves time to connect the visitor with the host, give them the right information before the visit, shows information about the visitor in case of emergency to get the out quickly and easy to administrate remote for example with pre-booking visitors.

PROS

It is easy to use for the customer, saves time to contact visitor host and it is reliable with few issues.

CONS

It was a little difficult and time consuming to setup all functions to work the way we wanted.

Easy and good

Pro: The settings are easy to change. Con: First badge take a little bit longer to print Pro: Suggestions on previously visitors. Con: You can´t delete several hosts at the same time Pro: Scanner, log out. So easy! Con: Overall, I think it´s great. The cons are just small things that doesn't really bother me that much. It´s very helpful!

VisitLog Software for visitors

Visitlog have been at our company for 1,5 year now. It have worked very well all the time. We have 3 kiosks where visitor registers. Each host get a sms and a mail for acknowledge visitor is at site. Our reception staff is pleased to have the system as it helps them focus at visitor satisfaction and service.

Very good

A proffessional way to register visitors. Cons: that it looks like it ok to write the hosts name your self instead of choosing from list. Not possible to sign in then and everything gets erased when you try again. Overall à very good system!

VisitLog review

VisitLog helps our reception with handling company visitors and guests. If anything happens to the building, we trigger the Emergency List for evacuation. We are pleased with how it works today and support is good.

I think the system is generally well developed , but when problems arise , I have to take the help of IT support. sometimes things disappear from the program. Think that this system is much better than what I 've had before.

VisitLog is a very good visitor management software

VisitLog has helped us to get a better overview of our visitors and it's very easy to get statistics at who is receiving visit and who is not. Our managers are very pleased with this solution and overview.
