Lots of features
Great company to work with. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have been responsive to all queries, and seem to care deeply about our success.
PROSWe found VisitLog to be highly customizable for our needs. There are many options; and the support team has been extremely helpful and willing to help us to achieve our needs.
CONSWith all of the features, it sometimes becomes hard to find the exact feature I'm looking for. I think that a bit more time spent in the interface would help me to learn the software better.

Visitor system in entrance review
We just brought the software. After some trails and errors we have got system to work and now it help us keep track of all our visitors. Our staff prebook visitors at our intranet and that unload work to our staff.

Replaces pen and paper in empty reception area
For our orginisation this replaced a pen and paper system for recording visitors and with an un-manned reception desk, provided a notification system and allowed any visitor to book in and be promptly seen. Having Visitlog means that visitors are no longer left in reception not knowing how to get in touch with the person the are there to visit, or left unattended
PROSVery easy to use and straight forward to setup. The confidentiality over a pen and paper setup, where any visitor could read through all previous visitors is of high priority to us and our guests. Visitlog gets away from that by not making visible to unauthorised persons all our visitor history.
CONSThe purposes for which we use the software, all of our needs are met and we do not have any negative experience in the time that we have been using it.

The multifunctional receptionist.
When it's all setup it saves time to connect the visitor with the host, give them the right information before the visit, shows information about the visitor in case of emergency to get the out quickly and easy to administrate remote for example with pre-booking visitors.
PROSIt is easy to use for the customer, saves time to contact visitor host and it is reliable with few issues.
CONSIt was a little difficult and time consuming to setup all functions to work the way we wanted.
