My clients can just call a number and get on the call or I can set the software up to call them. The software just works and does what it is supposed to do quickly and easily. Cons: The web-based user interface is not as intuitive as I would have expected. When you first log-in, the main option is to join a call. When I log-in, I am usually doing so to schedule the call first. There have also been a few times when a colleague dialed in before me and somehow we ended up both holding for each other.
