Versature Software

Versature is a cloud-based business voice over IP (VoIP) software solution. Its key feature is a hosted private branch exchange (PBX) system. Versature offers specialized solutions for different industries such as financial services, technology, health care, legal services, sales teams and more.

Versature can record calls to aid with training and quality control, to ensure compliance and more. Users can listen to voice messages on their computers. The system also features call queues, so calls can be distributed based on user selection, staff expertise and availability.

In Versature, managers have their own portals, called Sonar, and end users have their own personal dashboards. Reports can be generated, and users can see call histories and details for billing purposes.

Versature also has a “digital receptionist,” which answers phones when users are not available. Callers will hear an automated voice that helps direct them to the right person or department.

Can't speak to the phone service itself as we just switched this week. However the onboarding process has been super simple. I was especially charmed by all the little details included when the phones arrived and the super simple personalized instructions that came for each individual employee.

Oddly, the sales process was too low pressure. The sales guy never followed up to see if I was ready to pull the trigger which meant I delayed getting things sorted for months that if he has been harassing me about I would have signed up sooner.
