Quick Base is a solid way to visualize and share data with controls. It serves well as a data repository and tool for displaying large data sets.

The forms and intuitive charts are one among the best things in QuickBase apart from APIs and custom pages.

It can integrate with other tools such as excel, salesforce and others that help with making work super easy for us managers.

Apps can be set to not be available to all employees -- which is useful for both security, as well as efficiency. I like not having to browse 99 tabs to find the one I need.

Overall Quick Base looks like an extremely useful tool for our team. In just a few short weeks we are noticing improvement across multiple areas.

It's hard to get started developing these because they don't have developer accounts, and the trial is only 30 days long.

Quick Base allows businesses to be agile and build either applications for the long term or ad hoc apps for short term use. Customer support is extremely responsive and helpful.

The QuickBase sales and support (all-important) teams respond rapidly, have good ideas, and want to see their customers succeed.

It was a nice program, just too expensive for our small company needs.

We were really excited about the features in quickbase, particularly the ability to edit columns and other fields after databases were initially created.

I have also tried a few other similar tools out there and nothing comes close. Main downside is it's on the pricy side and sometimes hard to justify recommending to my clients and associates.

The ability to input data via mobile phone is awesome as well.

Great customer support - I always get an almost immediate response, with great follow-through. Reliability - all things considered, it is down very seldom.

It takes a lot of clicks to get somewhere. A minor issue really, but I find it irritating to have to 10 things to get what I want because the search function isn't particularly sensitive.

I like usig Quckbase, it's very dynamic and helps you to build any apps and template easy.

Lots of positive notes on the ease of use side, however, not all applications are supported.

If a server goes down, all work has to stop. The same thing stops if it's overloaded.

The ability to generate reports with or without SQL is a great advantage filtering is very responsive and in all very intuitive with data.

There are better, simpler programs for it. I use it to track thousands of tiny, moving bits of information, and while I wouldn't say it's perfect -- it does a darn good job.

We can put a new person in one of our modules and show them how to use it straight away. There are more advanced features that  we use but those are also easy to come up to speed on.

With tons of features, it can be difficult to learn - especially when someone else initially created the app.

Graphical interface gives good reporting of metrics. Easy to use as a ticketing and request tool for interactions with clients.

Excellent tool, but licensing and pricing make it less ubiquitous.

This platform is for businesses both large and small. Easy to train our clients to use; they love it, too.

It's functional but it's very limited in what you can do. I end up going into it through the website.

It's based on laymen's programming language. They have pretty good customer service.

Able to easily code alerting to employees based on alerts, allow them to manage assignments and tasks, keep track of their projects and schedule, and ultimately save our company money.

First of all, the price is so cheap for that kind of service and features. The software is super flexible and customizable.
