Great quality, range of products, and customer service
They have been great partners overall. We've been tapped frequently to provide feedback —even in process meet and greets— and they are eager to refine their processes and service based on us. The quality of everything we have ordered has been top notch and they are proficient enough production-wise to fill in the gaps where we don't provide adequate specificity.
PROSBrilliant has been tremendously responsive and flexible with our ever-changing needs —always quick to reply to email, provide us with custom-tailored catalogues and look books, and create design mock ups to help with approval.
CONSThe custom-tailored element of item curation can sometimes mean lots of back and forth to really hone in on the right range of price points. We've gotten better about being clear with what we need, how much we can spend, etc. to avoid this, but it would be great if there was a full online catalogue to work from for more items.

Brilliant is Brilliant
I have been so happy with my experience with everyone at Brilliant. From creative partners, support and technology everyone goes above and beyond to problem solve and find solutions that work for us.
PROSI love the ease of ordering and tracking all our SWAG items as well as the creative support.
CONSThe only thing that comes to mind is the fees for holding merchandise in the company store is a little confusing.

Brilliant is a brilliant company to work with!
Brilliant has solved all of our gifting problems. We can always count on them to help us recognize our staff for anniversaries, birthdays, holiday gifts and everything in between!
PROSThe quality of products are fantastic! They have a range of things to offer and always take great care of us. They listen to what we need and are very responsive. If there is an issue, they do whatever they can to make it right. I appreciate the wide variety of options and ease of ordering.
CONSInternational shipping is really tricky. I know most of the issues we are having are not Brilliant's fault and they are doing what they can to get things where they need to go but this is a pain point for our company.
Reasons for switching to Brilliant
We were looking to globalize our gifting program and Brilliant has made this transition a breeze!

An absolutely Brilliant system for all of your gift and swag needs.
Our team at Brilliant has exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more fortunate enough to have gotten paired up with them.
PROSI've been working with Brilliant for a little over two years now to manage our gift-giving and swag needs at the company. When we started our partnership with one another I was just a team of one, but having the experts at Brilliant made me feel like I was running with a team of five. Their kindness, expertise, willingness to go the extra mile and keep things organized is unmatched. Whether I hit a creative block or had a shipping change, they were right there to help guide the way and make things right.Brilliant's dashboard is easy to use, easy to maintain and shows you all of the things you need to see without the fluff and distraction. It's one of the best user experiences I've had in the swag realm and it enables us to be lean and accurate, without losing our creative touch. It's difficult to list all of the pros you get when partnering together, but ultimately what sits at the top is their collaboration. At the end of the day you could order any number of shirts, pens, specialty items, etc., but what really counts is the people that are there for creative input and good conversation (shout-out to [sensitive content hidden]!). To have the privilege to know one another on a first-name basis and to know they've got our best interests in mind is what's solidified that they're the best in the business.Corporate gifting for humans, by humans, for an authentic human experience. You can't beat it.
CONSAs I mentioned before, we're a lean team running with Brilliant. We haven't totally explored all of the capabilities that we know of, but are actively building out better systems of approval and cooperation at our company for gift-giving. That said, the only "con" I can think of is not having better access up-front to live reports or analytics of what we've produced and the budgets to help small teams like ours future-proof our flow.

Brilliant is brilliant when it comes to employee swag management!
We've been working with Brilliant over the last almost 4 years and it has been a very positive experience. Our account manager, Dan, has been a great support for our needs. We enjoy working with him and look forward to our continued partnership!

CONSI know we can set alert limits which are helpful but, notification when the last item has been redeemed would be a very nice to have.
