Powerfull tool, but with some gaps
The gateway motor is very powerfull, resilient and very fast.
CONSThe management interface has same gaps like: The messages o XSLTransformation errors is very poor. There is no possible to use variables to restrict ips. The Mail Settings in Real Time Notification does not work. There is no possible to include new user programmatically at dev portal. The payload trace only maiten the last 7 days There is no possible, natively, to send my payload trace to my cloud.

Em pouco mais de 2 anos da contratação da Sensedia, foi possível colocar na prática, em todos os projetos, a simplicidade e a agilidade de integração entre minhas aplicações e com empresas parceiras. Recomendo fortemente a Sensedia.
PROSA Sensedia é mais que uma plataforma de API, a empresa realmente se engaja na transformação dos padrões de integração para o negócio. A plataforma viabiliza e o posicionamento da equipe de pós venda é de fato, um posicionamento para suportar a área de Tecnologia de seus clientes como parceira do negócio, uma vez que dispõe de um time capaz de assumir o desenvolvimento das integrações como novos canais de venda e/ou suporte a integração com grandes players, como a Visa, dos quais já são parceiros de negócio e todo este know-how é disponibilizado nas interações entre a minha empresa e a Sensedia.

A Computer Associates apresentou uma proposta de custo mais barata, todavia ofertou apenas a plataforma de API com sustentação por empresa terceirizada, não engajada no propósito de transformação. A Sensedia não colocou em primeiro lugar a venda. Entendeu o propósito de transformação e mostrou ser capaz de nos apoiar na jornada. Além disso apresentou melhores conhecimentos sobre o desafio de negócio, enquanto a Computer Associates apresentou um oferta de venda de software, apenas.

Great Experience
In general the experience is great. It is running very integrated to the company's technical ecosystem allowing us to simplify the way we connect to our partners
PROSthe most important feature is how easy the platform is to create APIs. It brings a time reducing for the dev teams to publish APIs.
CONSThere are some funcionalities that they need to bring out of the box, like integrations with Identity servers and some profile management for the users
Reason for choosing Sensedia
We analized the caracteristics of all of the solutions listed and they all have answered all the main requirements we were looking for an API Manager/Gateway solution, so we went on the financial and support analysis and the fact that Sensedia is a local solution (a Brazil company) with a very strong local support team and will send an invoice to the company in local currency instead of all the other solutions that will ask for payment in US Dollars were crucial to the decision.

Great product
We have mobile applications that uses APIs available at Sensedia and some others such as chatbots and external partners - all of them operate just fine. Have never had an outage.
PROSIt is easy to operate on the daily user stand point (features such as users and app management, API tracing overview, etc.)
CONSSpecialized consultants are hard to find - but I guess that this is a common issue among players in the same market. Some of the development are made using Java Script and XSLT - there could be more components for making the development easier.

Great API Platform option
Sensedia has a great cost/benefit rate and enable companies to get an extra security and handful tools to expose and concentrate any API Ecossystem
CONSSensedia developers UX is bad, the platform needs to change the way things are managed, developed and configurend inside it's manager web app to enhance it.
