Probably the best portal build platform in the world

I have been using Noloco since October 2021. I run a company that works with lead generation for our customers. Where we get leads from people who need help with certain services. Our customers are then the ones who can help these people. We needed a platform to build a portal where my customers can log in and manage all the leads we send who also talked to our crm system Salesforce and Zapier. The platform I was looking for needed to be easy to build because I am not a programmer, so I was looking for a service where I could build a portal and control the workflow for our customers. Our business has grown by over 500% thanks to services delivered by Noloco, new functions are constantly being developed and released and the support is wonderful and usually responds within a few minutes. I personally have had different ideas about features that noloco has implemented, which is wonderful to be part of their journey. You also get help to get started and build a portal for your business and lay the foundation. With that said, we at PHX Company AB. (https://phx.se) arr very satisfied with their solutions. A tip is to take their large package because that is when you can build a portal that is completely adapted to your business and get to be part of all the new functions that are released. A lot of pros since this is a unique software that helps grow my business very fast. The main thing is workflows, visibility rules and the support.

CONS

They are no cons that I can think of. The support is amazing so helps me build the workflows I need. Even when I am not sure really how to do it

Reason for choosing Noloco

The price and the easy way to build whatever that is in your mind because it’s like drawing a picture. Easy to understand and it’s logical. The other software was not that easy to understand and had often some limitations that would not work for me.

The most flexible app builder apart from Bubble

We have our business's main SSoT in Noloco. It allows our teams to self-serve and access the objective data/information that they need for their day-to-day work. This unifies company knowledge regarding our clients.

PROS

The closest you can get to this flexibility is Bubble, but that is too high a learning curve for most no-code operators. Noloco is the best solution I have found for internal apps, and I have tried most builders in existence. From current-user data, to dynamic forms, to workflow automations, and intuitive GUI, this thing is a powerhouse.

CONS

Syncing with Airtable works, and is consistent. However getting the schema to update (i.e. new fields or tables are added in AT) can be a little finnicky and take longer than wanted. But ultimately that is not an issue that affects app performance. This is honestly my ONLY complaint about the entire platform.

Reasons for switching to Noloco

We switched for these reasons:- Noloco has dynamic current-user data that can be captured in forms, text elements, and other locations. Stacker doesn't.- Noloco has very affordable pricing that scales only as you do. While Stacker has unlimited external users, it has a more expensive base-line cost. - Noloco has workflow automations. Stacker does not (though, they are planning a Q4, 2023 release). - Noloco has a much quicker GUI and more intuitive UI/UX than Stacker. I find that overall I can build apps and make adjustments much more quickly in Noloco than in Stacker. - Noloco has a native integration with OpenAI through your Open AI API keys, which Stacker does not.

Extremely powerful option for mortgage underwriting data

The Noloco team is constantly available and always improving the product and experience. As the product continues to evolve and make use easier, the team keeps us abreast of all updates and future enhancements. The Python SDK and use of backend makes data management extremely simple and provides powerful outcomes as both a database and ecosystem for underwriting, CRM, accounting and asset management.

PROS

As both an interface and database, Noloco creates an extremely powerful and easy to use option for organizing data for our business with low barriers to creation. The Noloco team is extremely approachable and constantly willing to make the experience as easy as possible. We have integrated Noloco into our underwriting workflow and enhanced many previously manual processes. Workflows and the Python SDK allow Noloco to speak to our CRM as well as creating better milestone tracking, document storage and processing as well as customer and trade counterparty facing opportunities to have our loan lifecycle exist in one place.

CONS

There were some initial small performance issues with document upload errors but those have been corrected.

Solved *Major* Client-Facing Pain Points & Offer Stellar Customer Service

Out-freaking-standing.

PROS

The guys at Noloco have completely revolutionized the transparency with which we are able to present project information to our clients. The Noloco platform allowed us to create a bespoke portal through which clients can see and update their billing information, see a live stream of the status of their projects, schedule calls with their project managers and so. much. more. Not only have our current clients raved about the portal, but it's been a very effective hook for prospective clients as well. It's not been uncommon for our leads to mention not finding that level of transparency with any other agency. The cherry on top is the customer service we receive from [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. We have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a response, and bug fixes and feature requests are typically implemented within just *hours* of us sending an email.

CONS

Because the platform is *so* robust, it can be difficult to navigate at times, as a layperson with low working knowledge of code, APIs, etc. That said, the Noloco guys are routinely available for clarifications and explanations. Once features and workflows are explained, they are always easy to understand and replicate.
