All the tools you need in one program :)
I love the flexibility of the program and just how good it is at keeping your projects and time organized.
PROSLocal It's been built by people in the industry The team listen to designers and they make things happen It's everything you need in one place Keeps all projects organised - it's brilliant Programa just keeps getting better every time
CONSThe pinning tool sometimes doesn't want to pin I would love to see it in an app format (i believe this might be happening)
Reason for choosing Programa
I came across Programa at the start of my new career about the same time it launched. At the time I only really knew of Ivy though many designers were complaining about the new change over with Ivy so I stayed away and decided to pursue Programa. I wanted to support local and the team were great at listening to feedback and implementing. It has been a pleasure to watch it grow.

Programa is set to revolutionise how architects and interior designers manage their projects.
The support, professionalism, open and honest communication is second to non! We have absolutely loved our journey with Programa so far. Whilst it still has areas of improvement, we are so excited to be on the journey. By using Programa our practice has experienced increased efficiency, accuracy and ease of use - overall we are outputting a more professional result for our stakeholders.
PROSPrograma has been a game changer for our team! Preparing and managing our FFE schedules has been been more streamlined, accurate and professional.
CONSLet me start by saying we believe in Programa!!!! As a starting point, the software has a good base but lots of areas that need improvement, all of which we have provided detailed feedback on. We are super excited to see these developments rolled out in the near future.
Reasons for switching to Programa
Ultimately, Houzz Pro was never going to integrate with Xero despite being told for two years the integration was coming. Whilst there are many excellent features - many of which we miss, in the end the lack of transparency and honesty it ultimately what made us switch. We also love the fact that Programa is an Australian company.

Great Interior Design/Architect Project Management
I've been keeping an eye on Programa since it first launched, and the growth and development has been great to see. I love where the software is heading and the really responsive customer support. Overall it has been quite smooth and I'm looking forward to seeing how the platform grows.
PROSThe customer service is fantastic and very responsive. The team is open to feedback and ideas and willing to make changes based on our experience.Being an Australian-developed product, they understand how our local industry operates and might differ from some overseas markets (though they do cater to these markets too). The recently released client dashboard and approvals features are good and makes the platform much more usable and well-rounded.
CONSThe invoicing feature needs development (but I know it's on the roadmap). The ability to pass on credit card transaction fees to customers is critical to make this usable for our business.I also find the Purchase Order process a little clunky.And lastly, I wish the UI was a bit bigger overall so its easier to see.

The software that has all in 1 to make every designer's life MUCH easier
The software is amazing, it's taken so much time consuming tasks away from me and specially for small business where I need to do most of the things, it allows me to work on more and other tasks since it makes the process so much easier. And the team at Programa are so helpful as well and they always reply SO QUICKLY! Nothing I've experienced with other softwares before
PROSThe feature I like the most is the scheduling. How schedules are made EASILY and now I actually enjoy making them! They always look clean , concise, and always up to date. The clipper is also a life saver that takes SOOO much time away from this time consuming task !!
CONSThe only thing I would like to see improved is being able to filter and export by filters on the schedule. There is another workaround it that they have showed me but it would be so much more seamless to have it integrated.

Can't live without Programa in my business.
I love that Program is ever evolving and continuously improving. Requests and suggestions for upgrades and improvements are always received with open arms. The team working on the platform understand the process of an interior designer so the software is relevant and practical. There is always a prompt response from the help desk and nothing is ever too much trouble. Fantastic support and training tools. Always something new to learn and up skill in the way you use Programa. I have been here from the start and I am not going anywhere else.
PROS- Simple and easy to use- A live document so less chance of sharing an old schedule- Branded to my company and a professional way to present to my clients- A central place to store not only client related projects, but business projects and administration- The team and customer service is outstanding!
CONSThe only improvement I could mention is in the invoicing section. In the past it felt a little clunky to use, it may have been improved recently. I think from memory last time I didn't like when you pulled the items over from a Schedule it ended up out of sequence and no way to update the pricing of an item if the item ws changed after the invoice was generated.
