The aesthetics of the program are great, it has only what I need and not a ton of options and menus that I don't. We love the ease of using the tasks. Cons: The iPad and mobile formats need improvement- sometimes parts of pages are cut off or buttons are hidden in those views. We are waiting for more customization in terms of invoicing and branding, I believe that's coming soon. It would be even better if we could integrate with Quickbooks to prepare the invoice there.
