There is a bit of a learning curve, but there is with any new software.

I thoroughly appreciate the ability to quickly review helpful information about team's progress, focus, and culture. I'm able to understand which teams are collaborating effectively and which topics are being focused on. As a manager, this allows me to better understand where my support is needed, and enables to give more autonomy to the groups that are on track.

I wish there was a free trial. We went with the paid trial and I get that there is overhead involved, but there should be a way.
