The support was good, importing wasn't the best, Syncing with Xero isn't great.

PROS

It does have an ease of use for service advisers to work their way around. Works with Bursons for parts.

CONS

The Importing from the desktop version, paid/closed off all invoices, and created new Inv numbers. Syncing with Xero, Can't choose where each part or consumable goes to, for example in Xero I have COG part numbers for Parts, Tyres, Consumables, Accessories. When Part numbers are entered in WM I can not select an account code. Sales Graphs - aren't available like they were in the desktop version. The sales invoice layout would be nice if you could see an item cost eg. Labour rate
