We get a lot of benefits from this software as managerial decisions, productivity on daily operations, processes & workshop efficiency. Security & collaboration between departments, forecasting, reporting and many more
PROSAlmost satisfies all daily operations as recommended by Nissan workshop & stock control, Technical Support Team is one of their competitive advantage & solving important issues that impact daily operations in no time
CONSAfter each update we have to go through all the applications to check for any bugs, since sometimes we find buttons that are not working properly

Best in automotive field
Easy to use for all employees. Most business needs are available in the system all business reports from financial or operational are available and accurate.
CONSMaybe need some UI enhancement but otherwise everything is perfect

i don't know what you mean by this
i have big problem with your system that it is not easy at all to shift between the branches. i have to call the IT to shift me to the other branch. searching for the needed report is not easy. some times the needed report is available but i can not found. after i call the technical support they till me that it is available. i request one report about three months ago, till now not yet done. as i notes, your company is based on only one qualified person (Mr. Mohammed Abdullah). it is not good that you don't has second line staff. it is risky for you and for as as well. there is big problem in the system forced you to separated the data base of the head office for the branches about one month ago, till now you can not find solution!! this is affecting our performance badly.

Thank you for your notes. To make all points clear for readers, please note the following: 1- Branches are located in different locations in which we meant to prevent certain transactions to be done unless the user is located in the same branch to prevent miss use of co. assets. 2- Not all users have access to all reports, therefore you may not see all when you login, refer to the help for a complete list or available reports. 3- As explained change requests need a statement of work and certain processes. 4- Mr.Mohammed is only your account manager, that is why you hear his name a lot, if you refer back to your IT, you will know that we have other qualified personnel serve more than 30 customers beside your respected company. 5- you have a problem with the communication between HQ and your remote site and technically, the replication is affected by this issue and will not be solved unless you fix communication problems as reported to your IT Dept. Great team! Awesome Trainers
This product attaches to our CRM and allows our reps to make calls to new customers as well as retention for sales and service.
CONSSome of the scripts are really old school and dont really apply to this day in age. They do work on getting clients back in but sometimes the script over promises.
