About Stock2Shop

Stock2Shop is an integration service that connects various ERP / accounting systems with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and our pre-built B2B Trade Store. We sync data from your ERP to the Stock2Shop console. You can prepare your products for online selling by adding marketing material like images and long descriptions. They are now ready to be sent to one or more ecommerce platform. When customers place online orders, Stock2Shop will raise them into your ERP as sales orders or invoices. Stock2Shop puts your ERP in control of your ecommerce platforms, which means your online product data is always showing up-to-date inventory and price data.

No Customer Support When you NEED IT

Their number does not get answered, they do not revert urgently, and this is a huge problem as we cannot invoice the client which effects our Customer experience with our clients!! Its the 3rd time this issue has occurred. Im very frustrated.

PROS

The Idea of us not having to worry that when a client purchases online it will take a few minutes to pull through, so we get a woocommerce notification and a S2S with ProForma. So the IDEA was great, not the end product.

CONS

Its the 3rd time orders are not pulling through, we have not has many sales, seems to be a problem every time we get an order.
