I’ve been using Planium Pro to update, review and develop new processes in our clients with high quality reports. The opportunity to rellocate and review resources has been an asset to my company.

I believe the most impactful feature is the user interface, the platform is very friendly and easy to use. Furthermore, the quality of the reporting tools were really helpful to manage diverse management projects in my company and personal entrepreneurships.

I had some problems with the customer service due to time zone difference, because I was using the product in South America. But at the end they solve the problem later ( Australian business morning)

Yo creo que lo que más me agrada es la interfaz de usuario, la plataforma es muy cómoda y sencilla de utilizar. También, la calidad de las herramientas de reporting fue clave para organizar diversos proyectos de gestión en mi empresa y emprendimientos personales.

Cabe destacar que tuve algunos inconvenientes con el servicio al cliente como consecuencia a la diferencia de zona horaria, ya que vivo en Sudamérica. Sin embargo; resuelven el problema probablemente más tarde.

I have used planium pro together with a team to create investment plans. The software has helped us making all the charts and diagrams to present our ideas. Also, forecast and sensitivity analysis features have been very helpful.

The software was really user friendly and easy to use. The internal communication channel is amazing to organize the team on building the business plan. Generating reports is also much easier and the result is very professional.

Overall the system is very useful and efficient. Maybe it could offer more templates for presentations and reports.

I have found the Planium Pro App to be a comprehensive online process for a consultant that showcases their expertise in developing and maintaining tailored business plans for clients rather than inflexible cookie cutter templates.

Client consultations are often time limited and the Planium Pro wizard prompts allow me to focus on obtaining key details and not having to remember all the relevant questions required to develop a tailored business plan specific to industry/client activities. Comprehensive reports provide an avenue for further follow-up (and consulting hours), something traditional business plan templates don’t provide. The introductory price is the lowest compared to major competitors. The ongoing pricing for Planium Pro is lower than most competitors Advisor software and offers more value add.

Customer service is not yet 24/7 as I contacted Planium Pro outside of business hours in Australia, but I did receive a reply, first thing the next day. They assured me that this will be sorted soon.
