CTS guides the case management process while also capturing and reporting all necessary data
The reporting feature in CTS is critical for SCA to be able to show funders and other entities the impact of services that are provided to clients. CTS also includes features that allow for household changes, such as moving members from one household to another, as their life situations change. The ease of making these changes ensure accurate data collection.
CONSThe software meets SCA's needs well, and we continue to work to develop more customized reports as needed.

Excellent Product!
Thanks to CTS our team has been able to be way more productive, and avoid a lot of challenges we had when it came to organizing all of our data. The functionality is there for what we need to create and maintain reports, we are able to use the system as a tool. I highly recommend using CTS as your organization's data management platform. Your case managers will thank you for it!
PROSThe feature I like most about the product is the customizable reports to align with the needs of the various funding sources that help us accomplish our mission. Reports also help with program analysis and identify potential gaps in services, identify underserved populations, and strengthen agency program.
CONSAt this time, I cannot identify any negatives about the system.

User friendly client database that meets the needs of direct service staff, fiscal, and admin alike
Customizable reports allow the agency to gather and analyze data, as well as report outcomes that show agency impact. The ability to set permission levels for staff, including who can access certain areas of the database and who can edit information already entered, ensures security of data collected

Excellent client database!
CTS combines the client database with fund source management and time allocation all in one system. This makes it easy to braid funding sources and pull real time data for accurate, advanced reporting.
