Uses custom supplier name if that is what you have set up in your accounting software. Line-by-line data extraction.

Sometimes the line-by-line extraction is too good - e.g. on long invoices that you may not normally code on a line-by-line basis.

Great time saver. Eliminates time consuming data entry of accounts payable invoices/bills from suppliers.

This is an amazing data entry time saver. Easy set up. Works well with Xero. Bills flow into draft bills to be approved. Minimum data capture is needed to complete and approve the bill. Great fast support. Works just as promised

Does not read handwritten documents.

I REALLY CAN'T THINK OF ANY, THERE ARE NONE.

Scrolling screen makes it difficult to use when picture appears of invoice. The time it takes to become a bill in xero. The issues with it randomly making up information to become a bill, you then have to manually change each one. BUT MY BIGGEST ISSUE IS TRYING TO STOP REGULAR PAYMENT IS IMPOSSIBLE- PLUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT
