- Tracks supplier price movements - Captures all invoice details and synchronizes with accounting software like Quickbooks - Has approval process and rules for ordering from specific suppliers and items as well as different permission levels - Easy bulk uploading of invoices via photos or images

CONS

- Minor UI issues when switching between companies - Some ingredients change item name on frequent basis - hard to track history for those ingredients as treated as new each time
