I run a home cleaning service and average about 3 cleans a day. So my schedule is not as hectic as some, but I have always found it a pain to organise. I started with a diary and then have been using Google calendar for sometime. Both worked but didn't love them. I spotted the Link product and thought I would give the trial a go. It has been great. As it integrates with MYOB, my contact list was already there & I can see my invoices. I haven't used invoicing in L1NK yet but will give that a go soon. I recommend anyone who goes out on site to give it a go. I have not found anything that has the same level of functionality for the $.

PROS

The calendar is set out neatly & I can see most of my appointments details without needing to click on anything.

CONS

It would be good to see my schedule in a weekly view like Google calendar has

Cheap & easy!

L1NK has defiantly helped me shift a lot of my admin from after hours to during the day which I can noticeably see the hours I get back. So far it is way beyond my expectations for $9.99 per month. Can't believe it is so cheap in fact. I am looking forward to what is in the next updates. I have requested that I can add details of clients who have multiple properties like body corporates & realestate agents which I have a number of. Looking forward to seeing if that is added.

PROS

Before L1NK I would sit down multiple times a week at night and do my schedule which I would print out. Other than this was taking time, if there was an adjustment or I wanted more info on the job, I just didn't have the ability to update or look it up. I decided to take the plunge and get some mobile software and L1NK came up. I was just looking for some simple scheduling which L1NK has checked the box. I don't miss anything I had from my old scheduling tool and this is actually easier to use & mobile. It takes hardly anytime to create or move an appointment and I can set up recurring appointments which I have a lot of. What has been a surprise to me though is invoicing. I was not thinking about invoicing when I got L1NK but it has it integrated with my MYOB account. It defaults information & I can see the preview before I send it all from within L1NK. I have only just started using this but it is already saving me hours a week that I would have done after hours in the past I would say.

CONS

I haven't used it enough to come up with any major cons. The developers have been updating the app regularly so it is getting better each week.
