Worst Customer Support and Worst Accounting Software I have ever used

PROS

There was nothing I liked, this company, this software, and all of it's employees are a joke and I don't know how they are in business.

CONS

They could start by getting customer service and tech support that actually cares. When you open a ticket about an issue, you either get no response or told "We will look into it." When three weeks have gone by and the problem persists and you have received no feedback, reaching out again gets the same response of "we will look into it." The people who designed this software and work in support obviously have no accounting background whatsoever. So many features are lacking, the way things are set up does not make sense, and the vocabulary chosen in the software even proves these people know nothing about accounting.
