The support and collaborative approach of the Rebillia team are remarkable. They are always ready to assist and actively seek feedback to improve the platform.
CONSThe platform's updates are frequent and useful, but sometimes they come without much prior notice. A regular update schedule or announcement system would help us prepare and take full advantage of new features.

CONSWhile Rebillia's advanced features are impressive, they do require some fine-tuning. Integration is straightforward with contemporary systems but somewhat time-intensive with older technologies. However, it's the most effective platform I've encountered for handling complex integrations.

Robust platform
Rebillia replaced the previous billing and loyalty software, which was lacking and buggy, and improved it by adding individual preferences. It's also worth noting that the platform provides excellent analytics, which got a lot of unplanned attention, I will quote: "..impacting business strategies and growth."
PROSWe're super happy with how things turned out on the platform. It handles our complex billing and subscription needs well. The integration with BigCommerce has made things easier, and it went smoothly. Plus, the platform itself has been reliable and easy to keep up with.
CONSNo free plan or trial, and the initial investment was larger than originally planned. Also, not much online documentation and resources, which was a bit annoying, requiring us to contact their support directly throughout the implementation and adoption phase. With that, I will add that they were available and nice.

CONSAs a multi-platform retailer, we find Rebillia's platform to be a bit too tailored to BigCommerce. We've had some hiccups when integrating with other systems we use. An expansion of support and capabilities to cover more e-commerce platforms would make Rebillia's excellent features even more valuable to us.

Great Product for Our Need
Run a monthly subscription box service. Rebillia does great with manage that and those transactions. Easy to navigate, user intuitive. Customer service and support also great, very through and communicative throughout entire service ticket.
CONSWish there was a way to delay start of a subscription. For instance, someone wants to buy subscription for Christmas gift; let customer pay in November to have it start in January. Also, once we moved to rebiliia, all transactions through BigCommerce had to go through them.
