Feeling robbed, support is just down the toilet, and all they want is renewing support again so they can keep dragging on the issues without any resolution dates. Paid a lot of money for a system that never really worked as promised. Better go to Shedul / Fresha which is a much more feature rich, with owners and customers in mind to make it work like how it should be.

False promises that the sales guys are giving

And if you are still within the support period they have a portal that they just drag the issues until your support expires and then you won't get the support anymore. The issues you raised are hardly rectified.As a SaaS customers and a promised of white labelling, Booknetic always likes to add their name into the flow or in the source and use this method to steal your SaaS potential tenants. It is not just unethical but you will not get any ROI back as they don't want you to succeed.

Everything is good with Booknetic except one thing it does not have its own stand-alone software. It only works with WordPress websites. This means if someone wants to use it and they don't have a WordPress website it might be seen as a limitation of it.
