If you're not using UPbook you're missing out!
Our office is in LOVE with UPbook! Since we started using this software our call performance, client retention rate, overall revenue, and call to appointment conversion rates have literally skyrocketed.... The phone system offers all the features you could possible need and set up is a breeze. You and your staff have the option to listen to calls, assess them and make any needed changes or improvements in how your staff interacts with clients, especially your new clients. They're always adding new features to help make our job a little easier. The dashboard is very user friendly and customer support is absolutely outstanding. You can even set up goals and reward programs to help keep up the team moral. We are so glad we went with UPbook, it's been a real game changer for our clinic.

Improvement of customer service
Recording phone calls is a must to stay on top of our employees, and make sure the customer is being taken care of. The ability to review calls, especially if a problem occurred, helps to improve the customer satisfaction. The recent addition of a texting option using the same telephone number has helped the receptionist in confirming appointments. It's also reaching the younger demographic of clients who prefer texting rather than phone calls. We implemented a reward system as well to reward our receptionist who consistently book our new client calls.
CONSThe software is still developing. I haven't found anything I don't like.

UpBook Review
It took about 3 months to get the system set up the way we wanted. It had a few glitches but they were all solved.
PROSAbility to put several (4) calls on hold at one time, large screen, easy to read.
CONSIt was a bit glitchy at first. There were issues with specific phones that ended up being a simple fix, but it took a while to get to the solution. Sometimes we have echoing voices on calls and it does drop calls sometimes.

UPbook is fantastic!
Using UPbook has enabled us to have limitless phone lines and we never miss a phone call.
PROSUPbook has helped me grow my business significantly. The start up process was relatively simple, the features of the program are numerous and easy to use and UPbook's customer service is dedicated to helping my business succeed.
CONSThe original phones that were installed for my business had some significant issues that translated into poor audio as well as dropped calls. UPbook did provide significant technical support & worked to resolve this problem. In the end we were given a new phone system which resolved the issues.
