Certain reports are a bit cumbersome. No current function that allows the auctioneer or head clerk to monitor all aspects of an auction. Including phone bids, absentee bids and floor bidders. Light on international reach.

Bidsquare Cloud is embedded right into our website, which allows customers to easily click through to online bidding, rather than have to go onto another website.

We love how seamlessly this product works with Bidsquare's online bidding platform.

We'd love to be able see more easily how many bids and purchases (or what %) are on Bidsquare Cloud vs. the main platform.

The onboarding team was very helpful. [sensitive content hidden] especially was a dream to work with and clearly explained the setup every step of the way.The backend dashboard is easy and clear to navigate. Billing users is clear to understand. Creating and managing auctions are straight forward.If you want to Whitelabel for an auction this is a great and reasonably priced solution.

I wish there were more clear FAQ and guidebook. A video series would be nice to onboard staff. In the Auction tab. When viewing a specific auction it would be great to be able to add custom filters to the main display page. For example, I would love to be able to see what the piece sold for and what we paid for it at a glance instead of having to click on the product page.
