Really effective
very very positive, effective and real good value for moneys
PROSUnguess is the best to evaluate software in multichannel and multilingual environments

UNguess made our innovation possible
Experience was great, both sales and support was always responsive and let us focus on our side of the business.Really, unguess make it possible for us to deliver a new product:1) providing early test data using an early version of the product that would never be possible to use on the market2) gave us confidence in deploying the product to the market because final product was tested by hundreds of real people and vast majority of bugs were already been discovered.Thank you Unguess!
PROS1) Timely Support During Early Development: As we embarked on the initial stages of our product development, UNGUESS was there to guide and assist. Their support was invaluable during this crucial phase, ensuring we're properly planning and leveraging the resources (testers) they've provided.2) Diverse Testers & Comprehensive Device Coverage: One of the standout features of UNGUESS is their ability to provide testers tailored to our specific needs. Whether we required testers from certain locations, genders, or ethnicities, or even specific devices, they had us covered. This allowed for a more comprehensive and representative testing phase.3) Invaluable Aggregated Feedback: The feedback we received wasn't just extensive, it was meticulously aggregated and structured. This made it easier for us to parse, understand, and implement the necessary changes to our product, enhancing its overall quality and user experience.4) Rapid Data Collection: The efficiency of UNGUESS cannot be overstated. In just a week, they delivered an amount of data and feedback that would typically take months to gather. This not only sped up our development process but also provided insights that were timely and actionable.
CONSReally some minor issues:1) Especially in the first test round some users didn't follow instructions. It's important to notice that that first test round was made with a "alpha version" of the app that has few documentation and a bunch of bugs.2) On some of the tests we've noticed that the devices used had some camera issue; it was pretty hard at the time to identify and get in touch with the person that did the test to dive on the problem.
