Process Street Software


 

Process Street is a cloud-based business process management (BPM) solution that enables organizations to create checklists and process documents for recurring projects. The solution is used in business functions such as client setup, employee onboarding, help desk support, recruiting and content promotion.

Key features include scheduled checklists, permission controls, web forms, scheduling tools and reporting. Users can manage multiple projects, review ongoing projects, assign tasks and collaborate with team members.

The platform can be integrated with third-party software such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Box and Salesforce. Process Street’s integration with Zapier allows it to connect with hundreds of third-party applications.

The solution is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Process Street provides customer support through email and phone.

Process Street - Everything is a System!

Process street has allowed me to take ideas in my head and get them out so others can test and improve. It's incredibly powerful and useful for the procedural task. I love how easy it is to use and the team at Process.st are always making solid changes. Couldn't do my job well without it where systemizing tasks is a priority and iterations are a mandatory part of a numbers game.

Pros

Great UI experience, friendly support, and feature-rich. Intuitive, super easy to use, and professional. Extensive tutorials and examples of use. Share your systems and repeat tasks without error. Collaborative workflows and procedure documents created in moments. Ability to schedule is a life-saver. All changes are auto-saved.

Cons

No option for sub-folders. No mobile app yet but I imagine it's on the way. Honestly not much to complain about with this product. Developer is on top of it and very forward-thinking.

Its very easy to use, they have very good tutorials and the support is great , They always respond promptly.

Cons

They could add more processes to their system to enable users to do more staff like incorporating import forms and formatting.

Process Street completely transformed the way we do business. We were struggling to scale up our client base and business due to lack of a way to ensure consistent and complete servicing. Its advanced logic features enable customisation of generic templates to suit particular customers' needs, without losing the robustness of having a standard template to baseline all customers against. Cons

-Should incorporate ability to evaluate individual performance periodically (i.e. enable aggregating of tasks done, and assignment of values to tasks, so that it becomes a performance management tool).

We have managed to accomplish much more effectively with the deadlines

Pros

Generally, the ability it provides to better organize tasks and respect critical procedures.
And I especially value the possibility of adding templates and sending emails directly.

Cons

Just small details (for example, it is a bit difficult for me to quickly visualize the due dates of tasks that are not already expired, just because of they are not highlighted)

Easy to set up, easy to configure, easy to manage, easy to get support. What's not to love? And the results are fantastic. We now have an audit trail, better collaboration, better oversight and consistent processes.

Cons

Some of the timing options for alerts could be better and some of the email templates need to support basic formatting. Right now emails are only text, so you can't even use hyperlinks, bold or lists.

We use this tool to move our traditional workflows to automated processes that are automatically assigned to the correct person.

Pros

The main positive I have found to Process Street is that is alot more user friendly than some competitors. You do not need to go through some tutorial or training to get the hang of it. Another awesome feature is the ability to create guest accounts. These are free acounts that can do basic tasks like complete a report or task. They cannot assign tasks or create new forms, but they do allow you to keep the number of paid users in your system to a minimum.

Cons

There a few missing basic functionalities for forms (for instance, tables are not available). Also, the standard export/print of a form does not look very nice.

I spent a lot of time trying to find a way to quickly and easily document a process, then have the ability to execute it repeatedly AND modify it at any time. Process.St does all of that and does it very, very well. Been using for about a year and absolutely love it.

Cons

Not much to dislike - great interface, functionality. I really can't think of a single complaint and I use it daily.

I was looking for a software that can help me do my tasks in one dashboard since I am using lots of software to keep up with our employees. I found lots of possible software with great features and Process Street worked so well and fits well with my needs. Its layout was simple and easy to move around with. Workflow management features were amazing and complimented all my necessities.

Cons

It does not have any task management related feature where individual task assignment for every member is possible. It would be a great addition for us. I hope it is included in the future updates.

For documenting procedures that need to be completed multiple times it's nice. You can also assign the created procedures for team members to be completed

Cons

While it seems like a nice product it seems tedious to create these checklists and it may be better to just create a bulletpoint list of tasks that need to be done.

1. Great, simple user interface. We compared with Pipefy and the Process Street interface was much, much easier to use.

2. Good features for recurring tasks and checklists with sub-checklists. We compared against Trello also and Trello was not powerful enough on some of those fronts.

3. Software is completely reliable.

4. Support team is responsive.

Cons

1. Other systems such as Pipefy had advanced features like connecting one pipe/process to another one, which would be nice. But, this could be accomplished with Zapier + Process Street as a workaround.

Process Street allows you to track your team’s workflows, checklists, and procedures. Process mapping and data mapping is also possible with Process Street. It also deals greatly with data archiving and management. Process Street covers a lot of features which is a great deal for its price.

Reduced non value added activities in the process. Saved a lot of time.

Pros

1. Can create a list of tasks and generate a template for the standard operating procedures in the company. Then we can assign individual persons or teams to execute the process and monitor the progress through the online dashboard.

2. Integrated to third party apps including gmail, calendars, paypal, etc so that we can automatically schedule tasks and assign workflows directly through the process street. This is the biggest advantage of the software.

3. Available as PC application. Accessible through web browser (Compatible for mobile views). Can get notifications after accomplishing the tasks.

4. Intuitive to learn and easy to use. Great way to communicate with team members and structure work process.

Cons

1. As of now we can only assign an entire process to a team. We can't assign people to individual tasks.

2. Expect more default templates to make things easier for first time users.

3. Mobile application is not yet available for android platform.

We needed a way to allow both internal users and external beta testers to be able to see and run checklists, and Process.St works nicely for this purpose.

Pros

It's quite easy to use. It's easy to update previously started checklists by updating the template.

Cons

It's just a little tiny too difficult to remember how to find the previous, completed checklists when you're looking for them. Also, when updating a checklist template, instead of asking if A) all previous checklists should be updated or B) update none of them (do them manually), it would be nice to have an option C) to only update incomplete checklists.
