Save Your Work
Overall this program has been helpful, but it takes a while to learn. I would definitely train a small batch of people, become experts and then train further. We had a company wide session that lasted 3 hours, so its a lot.
PROSI like that the program allows us to save content, files, images, etc in one place for the entire company. We use it with my client as a way to track what all of the agencies are producing. Based on your login, it can be set up to tag things for easy access of who worked on what.
CONSI don't like how many steps there are, it definitely requires a learning period and training. That being said, when following the steps, it does ensure quality of saving materials, rather than just chucking them into the cloud.

Simple, Intuitive, And Easy To Use
UI is simple and clean. Easy to select assets to create a job, assign, create a collection, etc. User permission assigning is a simple process, allowing you to grant access to both asset and classification level. Visually easy to browse through classification structure. Connects with Aprimo MRM, carrying over all metadata. Previewing videos and images without needing to click inside a record. Limited number of clicks necessary to navigate to an asset. Mass upload functionality is ridiculously simple.
CONSCustomizing your instance isn't always as simple as you'd think it would be. Multiple clicks and poorly named tools make it difficult to know if you are in the right area. Front page widget placement takes a lot of trial and error. Rarely looks like you set it up to look, requiring multiple edits to achieve required setup. Aprimo acquired ADAM product in the last few years, so they are still rolling out new, common features that were not originally included.

Safe storage but the UX is lacking
The purpose it fulfills is great. The program is very secure and allows for many features
CONSThe UX is a bit clunky. I wish it were easier to see the status of a project when it wasn't assigned to me. I wish it were easier to see who else is assigned as well.
