Overall, our experience is positive. We still have many documents that we would like to transfer over to Clik Cert and are confident that the development team will be able to meet our requirements.

PROS

Clik Cert is a great product in which we have been able to create bespoke certificates that work according to our company. Our paperwork has been an ongoing project for some time, however by utilising the features that Clik Cert has to offer, we are now able to look up data stored on Clik Service, such as equipment. This means that the field users can accurately account for what equipment is being serviced during a PPM visit - this in turn helps us produce reports for when we have audits etc. Another positive of Clik Cert is that we are able to easily amend the certs whenever we want. They are easy to complete an edit on a handheld device. Also the desktop software is easy to use and has a wide range of support online available should you require it.

CONS

Sometimes when we add customers or certificates to a field user, they do not transfer over when a sync is carried out. This can become troublesome when trying to coordinate with an engineer who requires this info and can cause delays in work being carried out. However tech support are always very useful.

Reasons for switching to Clik Cert

Originally our paperwork is either completed on MS Word or Adobe Acrobat Reader - which is used by our field engineers. We would complete PDF forms while on the move. These forms did the trick, however they were not produced for mobile use and at times would be completed incorrectly. By using Clik Cert, we are able to capture the required data and can easily monitor any issues.
