The definitely solution for our Assets for long the time
This tool has helped us to put an order and coherence in all our photographic archives, we have assets of more than 100 years and we are still increasing the possibilities. We have also exploited the tool to the fullest, especially when we work during our international events, our photographers and volunteers can have direct access to the platform regardless where they are geographically located in the world. by the other hand our editors can see their contribution in real time and immediately access to the final images. We have put the tool to the limit and it has never failed us in key moments. The technical support behind scenes always has been there to help us with questions and new ideas to improve the experience of our users.
PROS-we love its easy navigation with the user. - the integration with our platforms - maximum performance under pressure - possibility to share our files in real time with staff, stake holders and partners - cost benefit and return on investment - the constant evolution of the tool - the database, maintenance and search engine function.
CONSOverhall, No Cons, maybe I we may need more daily time to experiment with all valuable features of the tool. Integration with DROPBOX, will be an asset,

Light rocket deployment
We are solving the entire access to our photo collections and we can easily track the use of the images world wide.
PROSThe easy integration and adaptability to our work environment as well as the customer services and the easy and user friendly interface for the end users.
CONSThe archives folders into the back office but we are confident that the structure could be reviewed and improved.

LightRocket is a reliable and cost effective solution for the EBU.
Photographers operating from many of our events, use it to communicate their work with us. This is especially useful when you have to deal with local photographers with no dedicated team on site. We enjoy the ease of use and the fact that there is almost no learning curve for basic operations.
