Synergize is a document management solution designed for large and midsize transportation businesses. It offers business process management, image capturing, workflow management tools and records management. The software is available for on-premise deployments on devices running Windows 10.
Users can search for uploaded documents using category, tree, simple and advanced searches, filter search results and preview retrieved documents. Documents can be annotated, redacted and updated, and change management features allows the original to remain unmodified. Users can tag documents as new, updated or a new version of an existing file, and audit trails help maintain file security.
A graphical workflow designer lets users define business processes using pre-built actions or customized actions, including rule-based routing, validation rules and more. Records retention tools allow users to track and manage electronic records throughout their lifecycle, while access controls determine which users can view, modify and add documents.

I like ability to upload invoices with one click. GP and Synergize work great together. If there are duplicates I am warned and if there are incorrect codes I am warned as well.
I don't like that I cant have auto messages appear(warnings if something is entered incorrectly). I wish the system would allow messages to appear. I wish the system wouldn't allow future dated invoices as well.

The ease of use for the applications is the most value for the product. A simple click of a button will scan and index thousands of documents.
The least thing I would like would be more around reading the quality of barcodes when paperwork has been photocopied.

The thing I like the most about this software is the ease of use for the end user and peace of mind that its done right for management.
The thing I like the least about this software is that it is somewhat cumbersome to tweak settings or configurations on your own. The staff are really helpful however.
