Great product for employee well-being and mental health - I use it weekly and I feel like the coaching sessions make a difference in my quality of life. It's possible to get support on specific topics/goals or more long-term issues.

Would be good to be able to filter or search by coaching approach / therapy type to make the process of finding a therapist easier. Also, perhaps ratings and reviews for coaches would be helpful.

As a user, I really appreciate having a multilingual offer of coaches who are regularly available ( sessions can be booked from one day to another if needed). As an admin for my organization, I enjoy feeling heard and seing continuous improvement of the platform since we first started using it. I'm excited about the product and feel Likeminded is developing a strong and varied offer over time. Attention from account managers is personal and aims to support your specific organizational context.

Would be great to have a phone app to deliver specific types of content. Live reporting dashboards would also help understanding better how specific activation measures land into the organization.

I learnt much from their workshops and those were mostly practical mental and physical exercises. I didn't have any low-quality sessions with any coach on the platform. They were great sessions and maybe one okayish session. Also as UX on the web, I like their categorization of sessions. In general, it is simple to use.

Coaches who are giving sessions are great psychologists and they are very good at managing workshops, too.

They should improve the functionality on the web and release a mobile app definitely. Particularly for session booking and meditation records because it is a bit conflicting to suggest not looking at screens before sleep and presenting meditation files on the website only. In mobile apps, you can listen to the record only while backgrounding the app at least.

Die einfache Bedienung und das übersichtliche Design. Dies macht das Arbeiten mit der Plattform für jeden interessant.

Es ist immer wieder eine Hürde für Mitarbeiter wenn man sich irgendwo anmelden muss, jedoch geht es sicherlich nicht ohne.
