Excellent dynamics product. A complete eco system.

All in all, it is an excellent product. It benefits companies in many way and worth the transition from adhoc software.

PROS

Easy to use. New employees often are familiar with the UI. More and more no code dev available. Frequently updated with new features.

CONS

Some of the new features feels half baked and buggy. LIC system keeps changing.

Reason for choosing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

Client already had dev team that was trained on Azure and other MS products.
