Good CRM for pharma/biotech

Overall quite happy with it. Platforce does what it promises. Success of a CRM project is not dependent solely on software features. That's why, industry experience is important and for pharma, Platforce has some experience and know what to expect in this industry.

PROS

Having the essential features for call recording for medical reps. Also was well equipped with Multi channel infrastructure. Able to send email, integrate whatsapp, conduct video calls without third party app. Showcasing edetailers. Able to display different languages. PowerBI dashboards built-in is also essential for managers and admins. Platforce is flexible with customization and cost effective

CONS

user-friendliness could be further enhanced. The more traditional reps may struggle at the start. Customization of certain functions can be costly (though, let's be fair, way easier and much less costly than doing customization with OCE/Veeva). Implementation of new features requires the project owner to think through first, as tech team may be too tech. but common problem with almost all IT partners, not exclusive to Platforce
