Best Customer Journey Mapping Tool for Easy Collaboration in Real Time.

It was an immersive experience for digital transformation in our company. The action management, customer profiles, and easy-to-use features helped to drive customer engagement.

PROS

Robust features for a digital marketing team to monitor metrics across web campaigns to increase revenue. SIngle web interface helps us to easily view and take action on all of the customer communications. The solution directly links with the digital and physical touchpoints customers use such as emails, statements, contracts, and audio and video files.

CONS

The complex web of multiple channels and complicated buying persona in a single customer journey map sometimes make it miss leading.

I like the way the platform helped me in understanding customers’ perspective and optimize interactions across all touchpoints as well as visualize and deliver consistent experiences across entire customer journey.

CONS

It would be great if it can add more orchestration and integration capabilities and focus on adding more integration with multiple analytics platforms.
