Greatly integrated with Zendesk
The integration with Zendesk was so good I thought it actually was part of Zendesk.
CONSIt sometimes misdetects languages (could say a language is Dutch when it's French or a totally different language)

Buyers Beware...
Negative.
PROSOur customer success manager who manages our Knowledge Base said it was easy enough to set up.
CONSWe were really sold a bill of good with this software, but what's worse is how our negative experience was handled by their team. Our goal was to translate our Knowledge Base into three languages and we were assured our business and jargon would be elegantly translated. We were told the AI would do the heavy lifting, and if we created a library of terms unique to our business they would be properly captured in the translation. Then some one would copy edit from there. This was our first foray into this space so we decided to start with a small pilot. I am so glad we did and didn't waste more money. It was pretty obvious that they just ran our content through their AI resulting in "choppy translations." One customer's feedback was, "if I were a new user, I'll say: "why are these sentences so weird ? " Another customer said they misused verbs which made for unpleasant reading. When we brought this feedback to Unbabel, there was minimal effort to help us get to a good place. In fact, I had to follow up twice just to get a response to an email with our list of issues. When I finally got a response, I was told that we should look at our overall translation requirements for 2020 and then be provided "a full quote for that work over 2020." Being upsold in the middle of working through documented issues was my impetus for writing this review. The poor product experience was really compounded by the tone deaf support.

My Personal Unbabel experience
Would be a great part time job from home to work with if they don't close you language pair.

CONSBeing closed to assignments too soon and customer support is not good
