Peace of mind at last!

As a small business, Data Protection / GDPR and Cybersecurity can feel overwhelming. There are a myriad of things to consider and it's easy to overlook even some of the basics. Naq has combined all the processes and policies that we need to consider in one easy to use platform. The app is easy to use and it provides you with numerous resources and tools so that you can continue to improve your compliance rating. The team at Naq are very responsive and have helped us tailor our policies and marketing materials as things evolved. Thank you Naq for helping us finally get on top of Data Protection!

PROS

User friendly, easy to find necessary information, lots of valuable resources, great customer service

CONS

At the moment you can't assign security actions to team members, so compliance needs to be tracked offline and then the administrator can tick off the item when completed. I know the team at Naq are already working to update this so that everything can be done via the app.

NaqCyber review

We are using it to track complete cybersecurity and GDPR documentation on a company level and make sure that everyone employeed in the company is aware of their rights and obligations.

PROS

What I like most is the score overview where it is very easy to see the information about the effort spent and also actions and tasks needed to improve on a personal and company level.

CONS

Minor UI/UX flaws, some things in the could be made more efficient.

Even freelancers and sole traders still have to think about data privacy law

So far so good! I am working my way through all of the training and the policies, as well as the surprising number of action items. Many are areas I didn't think of myself - which is the whole point of purchasing expertise.

PROS

Minimal setup; assumes no prior knowledge of all relevant areas of technology and law; crafts the policies for you to import as-is.

CONS

The cost is high to a small organisation. I'd like to see tiered pricing based on number of users or turnover.
