Game Changer tool for Attribution Model and Customer Journey Mapping
This tool is really outstanding since offers many features not available in any other web analytics tool, also allowing to have post-impression results. With this tool our company has achieved the goal to have a complete Customer Journey mapping and apply proper Attribution Model based on different touch-points strategies. Common Web analytics tool offers only last-touch and first-touch without a post-impression listening, that is not applicable and outdated for Brand Awarness campaigns. With MixCommander tool that leverage also the already in-place Tag-Commander implementation we quickly succeeded to obtain insight about which Marketing Campaign performs and which doesn't.
PROSA complete set of Attribution Model Out of the box with the capability also to customize it your own. You can easily switch the model and get an overview of how the visits/orders distribution changes for different traffic sources and campaigns.
CONSThere is certainly room for improvement for the data visualization and reporting, however easily overcome by the integration of row data with dedicated third-party tools.

Excellent solution for Consent Management
A first implementation occurred when we had to setup GDPR Compliance, and since then upgrades have been necessary to secure compliance (mainly, rules automation for new tags). Implementation was smooth, with efficient and reliable support from Commanders Act teams.
PROSBeing integrated with TagCommder, it's a solution which can be deployed with very little effort if one already uses the TMS. It has advanced features for administration (users management) as well as touchpoints for consent management (categorization by geography or any other criteria). The last version also includes "rules automation" allowing to secure Privacy compliance when tags are added on pages - this point is essential since many tags are managed by agencies, making it difficult to enforce compliance in a sustainable way.
CONSNothing. The product had to be adapted and updated to best fit regulations, due to the fact that it had been developped before GDPR applies. This has been done since then.
Reason for choosing Customer Data Platform
When DANONE decided to deploy TagCommander on many touchpoints as a TMS, we had the "Privacy Module" (which has been since renamed as "Trust Commander") included in our contract. We did not use the feature at the time, but is was a good anticipation : when GDPR made it mandatory to respect specific rules within EU, we deciced to activate TrustCommander.

Un outil indispensable
Outre la rapidité de mise en place et déploiement des tags tiers, c'est un outil qui s'est aussi révélé très pratique pour mettre en place rapidement des correctifs / messages importants en cas d'urgence. Il apporte une autonomie indispensable à mon équipe dans la gestion du tracking sur nos sites.
PROSTagCommander reste pour moi simple d'utilisation pour implémenter des tags tiers et permettre l'utilisation de solutions tierces (chat, feedback, ab tests... etc) L'implémentation pour les développeurs est aussi simple (tant qu'un datalayer est disponible). J'apprécie la flexibilité et l'autonomie qu'offre l'outil pour modifier mon code et les règles de déclenchements des tags pour les faire correspondre à mon besoin.
CONSL'absence de branche de développement : lorsque d'un utilisateur fait des modifications, il doit faire en sorte de les penser de manière à ce qu'un déploiement en urgence ne soit pas bloqué par des modifications en cours.

Une CDP puissante
Commanders Act fourni un très bon support, réactif et avec des réponses adaptées. Nous avons été accompagnés pendant toute l’implémentation de la solution. La solution est également conforme aux lois RGPD, ce qui était un point important pour nous.
PROSLa CDP de Commanders Act nous permet de collecter et d’organiser facilement nos données et de communiquer de manière adaptée auprès de nos clients. L’outil est personnalisable. De nombreuses intégrations sont possibles. Il est aussi adapté pour le mobile. Nos données sont hébergées en Europe, un point rassurant pour une entreprise française d'un point de vue compliance
CONSL’outil est en constante évolution ce qui est parfois déroutant.
