Revolutionizing Customer Loyalty: PLATFORM³ Delivers
I've been using PLATFORM³ since early 2019 as our organization's dedicated loyalty program software. From customer information management to the in-depth analytical insight, to the rewards offered, and the program customizations available, we've been wholly impressed by the product delivered and the amazingly dedicated team who handle our account. The loyalty program that we have been able to build using their software and expertise has become a cornerstone of our brand, achieving tremendous long-term value for both the customers we serve and our own internal stakeholders.

Platform 3 is a huge help
This software has been very helpful for us to track the number of submissions for our consumer reward programs. It is great at providing visibility to everyone involved in the execution of this program and eliminates the need for multiple reports.
CONSOne improvement that would be helpful is having a breakdown of rewards that end up being chosen by the participants.

Great tool to learn more about your shoppers.
My overall experience has been very satisfying. For what I leverage the platform for, I have had no real issues.
PROSWhat I like most is the simplicity of this software. It's very straightforward. It's easy to use and easy to understand. I love how I can see poll our users to learn more about their buying behavior and gain some shopper insights. I also like how I can see the attributed sales and where my shoppers are making their purchases.
CONSI think it would be very helpful if there were some sort of glossary in the navigation bar. Therefore, if I as a user, have questions regarding the content on the platform, I could quickly look it up.
