Preparations for MVP-stage go-live with receeve
Very friendly support from receeve side. Alvaro Feo is one of the best managers who always reply very quickly, helps with different topics, solves all the problems and provides answers very fast. Luis, Peer, Berta also showed themselves as high-skilled professionals. It's a pleasure to work with such a team.
PROSFacing a problem in Dunning and Collection Department with workloads of manual processes was a trigger of starting the market research for such tool and the reason of choosing receeve. Very easy to create and edit strategies, connect with templates, add segmentations, etc. receeve should definitely solve this problem. Useful features such as groups and queues adding, possibility of manual client/claim review, assignment of tasks to other colleagues or departments that will help us to build many processes such as FRAUD review, Insolvency process, etc. It's very simple to add, edit or copy templates in receeve. I really like how it works. Same for SMS, Letters and Landing pages. Also collections templates provided by receeve were very helpful as a basis for letters and emails.
CONSThere are two main features needed to be implemented. First function we are waiting to be implemented is the 4-eyes principle - possibility to accept or decline changes in strategies, templates, etc. and configuration of more types of alerts depending on situation/error. Another one of the most important functionalities to be implemented is - a promise to Pay button. We are waiting for the go-live date.
