Enjoying complete datasets
Much better than my experience on my Shopify. 29 Next may not be super easy to use for novice sellers, but it is a "professional" software that I'm enjoying using. For media buyers it offers a lot more depth of access.
PROSFrom a data analysis perspective, the data we get on 29 Next is more complete than what we were getting on our old platform. I'm better able to track where our sales are coming from, which offers are working, and how our customers are behaving. It's important for us to leverage first-party data in our media buys so we need this kind of full access and control
CONSIt took a bit of time to wire everything up, and hard to understand some stuff like certain payments flows. But we got it in the end

When you have so many 3rd party apps, your sales data gets broken up. That was my biggest gripe with the Shopify ecosystem. This alternative solved by exact issue

Great for Agencies
Overall it's not radically different to what else is out there, so from that standpoint it's very good. But what has made my experience better is how much time I'm saving executing my daily tasks on the shops I manage
PROSThe UX design is great for people like me who manage multiple stores on behalf of our clients. I can easily switch stores and find customer and sales information.

My Team Loves It
I use 29 Next daily to check top-level data and keep an eye on things. But my design team has had nothing but positive things to say about building in 29 Next.
PROSThe customization features are what sold me on switching to 29 Next. We have a talented staff of designers and programmers on our team and now they can finally build the marketing funnels and custom checkouts they want.
CONSNone of the challenges we've had so far are out of the ordinary.

Everything I wanted was included
Switching platforms isn't easy, but it was easier than I thought since 29 Next came with all the features and tools I was paying 3rd parties for on my last platform.
PROSIt's really clear 29 Next was built for performance marketers, as the tools we use are easily found in the navigation pane. It's made making funnels and offers quicker to test, deploy, and analyze.
CONSNo real issues. Maybe the interface is designed for more technical users, but we tend to prefer that
