Great portal to control pricing and inventory flow.

Overall very good. I use this as my first port of call to see what's going on with my store.

PROS

Very easy to use, clear information and layout.

CONS

I would like to see the ability to see further into the past in terms of sales and cash flow to see how the business is growing.. I would like the ability to rank the columns in the data by velocity so i can see at a quick glance which are my hot sellers and which are maybe in need of tweeking.. I also don't like the way the software allows the breaking of MAP policy by hiding the price.. I think this encourages bad behaviour from others and is what is killing the start ups. Can we have more than 100 items on a page please too. Website is slow to load so takes time to navigate around. Logs me out too quickly too... always having to log in which takes time as site is slow.

Vendor Response

Hi Andy, Thank you for the review! We have been busy addressing a lot of the improvements you mentioned over the past year. Including expanding sales, revenue, and profit data further into the past, allowing sorting listings by velocity, and using MAP as a Min Price boundary by default vs. hiding until check-out. We have also speed up load times! Thank you for being our customer!

Great product, have been a loyal user for several years

No issues, fast customer service

PROS

Easy to setup, easy to setup multiple strategies, Cost is pulled directly from Inventory Labs

CONS

That Min/Max isn't pulled from IL like it was originally planned.

Reasons for switching to Informed Repricer

I needed consistent repricing 24/7, At that time you were planning to link it to IL

Vendor Response

Hi Kevin, Thank you so much for your kind review of Informed! We're so happy that you've been using our repricer for years.

Somewhat sufficient

Have been using informed for a little over 4 months now on the big 2 US marketplaces, seems to be sufficient eventhough it doesn't provide as many pricing algos for Walmart as it does for Amazon

PROS

Informed.co is easy to set-up, and has integrations with most of the e-commerce platforms or marketplaces that you'll want to have covered. Seems to does its job well.

CONS

Monthly plan is calculated off of total revenue, even when informed reprices say only 5% of your total product range. That's obviously unfair, but there is no other solution for that.
