CenterStone iVendix

CenterStone's customer support is FABULOUS. One of the best I've ever worked with... Responsive, issues resolved quickly.

PROS

Allows our business customers access our brands' catalogs and place orders quickly. Internal staff can easily manage catalog maintenance.

CONS

As soon as we got up on the platform CenterStone was bought by PlumRiver so now we're in the process of transitioning to elastic. Feel our internal users will be getting whiplash from all of the changes.

Perfect for Creating Orders

This is a grea tprogram to monitor inventory and shipments within the company.

PROS

I like with this program can be used to create new orders and it helps keep track of inventory. We use this for multiple locations to transfer and receive shipments of inventory. It has a simple easy to use design and multiple accounts can be set up.

CONS

I really don't have much I do not like about this program honestly. I think an area of improvements would be filters when searching for inventory.
