Game changer
It's great, the team behind it is strong, efficient and clear minded. Customer service is way above average in their field. They understand our needs and always there to give relevant advise in our evolution.
PROSIt's one of a kind, surpasses what a web manager can do to monitor bugs and errors. Can save lost sales at checkout, and be a great tool to enhance UX since we can see where customers have a hard time or exit during their experience.
CONSWould be great to get a weekly report categorized by level of importance.

Best eCommerce Error Monitoring Software
The entire experience with Noibu has been amazing. Their platform was able to quickly provide the development team with prioritized errors that impacted revenue, and the team has been wonderful to work with!
PROSThe ease of use is incredible. It takes less than 10 minutes to deploy, and the dashboard clearly identifies which errors are impacting revenue and customer experience. I've never found a tool that has been this impactful to the success of my clients' eCommerce sites.
CONSI didn't know a software platform like this existed, so every feature has been useful so far.
