About Omnichannel Personalization

Omnichannel Personalization was developed by Algonomy, formerly Rich Relevance, to support direct-to-customer brands, enterprise retailers, and B2B e-commerce companies in setting themselves apart through one-to-one personalized customer experiences. Available in English and Portuguese, the tool is geared toward online retailers in the UAE, Brazil, and Central Europe. Using AI, it delivers a deep-learning personalization engine (DLRM) with over 150 OOTB strategies, dynamic segmentation, and unified user profiles in real-time and at scale, up-selling and cross-selling products to every customer. Users can focus on customer-relevant campaigns that can boost engagement and sales share, rather than having to choose between tactical conversion goals and LCV. Thanks to mu...

Endless possibilities

PROS

Being able to personalise the customer journey to an extend where it is not creepy, but rather beneficial and uplifting for the customers is increase both sales and more importantly improving the customer journey.

CONS

The software is very complex and therefore requires that you spend a lot of time working in their portal, creating rules and tweaking priorities in order to fully grasp complexity and interdependencies.

Create and Craft

PROS

There is a vast array of options available, allowing you to manipulate every section of the website depending on your needs. However, the algorithms in place, along with the multiple strategies mean you don't have to delve into the minutiae if you don't need to

CONS

The reporting has long needed improving in terms of knowing which products have performed well, although this is now being improved with the introduction of a new suite of reports.

Good

Generally good, no issue of the quality of product recommendations, disappointed fairly frequently data rollup fails (so half a days data is missing for up to 72 hours) but Rich Relevance do not advise that this happens upfront, I need to raise a ticket each time causing unnecessary admin - have noted my concerns but was advised that Rich Relevance do not have the resource to communicate when this issue occurs.

PROS

Displays a good level of AI product recommendations without a need to manipulate results. Makes best, relatively accurate output for new products as to what product recommendations display.

CONS

Reporting limitations. Want/need a view of performance at line level.
