As a book shop we have thousands of products. The ease of combining the in store retail POS with the online POS is so important. With other systems I essentially had to double job all the time to make sure the products were correct on the website but with this it is very easy.
PROSThe system works and is easy to get the hang of. If there is a problem or issue the team are super responsive and welcome suggestions.
CONSThere is always room for improvement with any system but the staff are very receptive to suggestions.

I found the staff very helpful at Shoptill-e. For me the ability to speak to an actual person is hugely important. Also the POS/website integration is great
Reasons for switching to ShopTill-e
They increased the price by a ridiculous amount. Also their customer support was appalling and not very supportive or helpful.

Best Value Multi-platform integration we could find
Easy to use, good value and our online sales have steadily increased since implementing Shoptill-e
PROSHaving full integration between our instore stock management and online sales has made setting our webstore up fairly quick and the upkeep requires very little work on our end. The major pro for us is the great support we've had from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who has been able to guide us through setup of both the online store and our ePOS systems in store. Whenever there has been an issue or problem that we've come across [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been very quick to help us solve the problem and/or come up with good work-arounds to fit our needs.
CONSWe have found that the supplier/Purchase Order side of the back office could do with also showing the current stock of a product as this would make making restock purchases a lot quicker.

Shoptill-e provided everything we needed in 1 package that was good value for money.
Reasons for switching to ShopTill-e
We were looking for a ePOS and eCommerce service that would allow us to have live stock updates between our instore stock and online sales. The options from our previous provider to be able to achieve this were very expensive.

Absolutely Faultless
From day one, i have always found them to be amazingly helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble and they're always on hand to chat you through things if you need help. I can't recommend them enough, they're honestly one of the best companies we have ever dealt with.
PROSThe front end till system is easy to use for our store staff and the back end epos system is the easiest and best system i have worked with in 25 years of retail, because this seamlessly links with our websites, it has made our life so much easier than our previous system.
CONSThis system fits our business perfectly so there is literally nothing i would change, the ongoing improvements seem to be one step ahead of us and keep offering more for our money.

Everything i asked of ShopTill-e was either available of easily built into the system, they're so easy to deal with which makes the normal nightmare of choosing an Epos system a simple conversation

Cybertill didn't offer us the freedom to have one epos system with three websites bolted to it, ShopTill-e instantly said that could create this for us, they did this with ease.

So glad we made the switch!
The ShopTill-e team could not be more helpful from the demo on day one.
PROSWe switched from our current seperated POS and website supplier to Shoptill-e due to issues of integration between the two different suppliers. With shoptill-e the one system does both saves lots of hours and lots of headaches! Small features which include gift vouchers automatically being used in store and on line, as well as one place for all inventory and reporting is a game changer. No more paying multiple subscriptions to multiple software supliers, by making the switch we save hundreds a month.
CONSHaven't found any yet. Any request we have suggested for anything have simply been implented for us.
