Really good, has improved, updates have addressed issues over time and generally get positive results from raising issues with support. Helpful team when dealing with problems.

Ease of process to report. Customer support team always helpful and usually resolve issues quickly.

Dates in report revert to when audit established not when entries started Syncing PDFs - don't always merge and that process can be a little confusing sometimes

Generally though somewhat hard to initially get to understand, I find it pretty simple and convenient.

I think it is a very interesting and capable product. As a new user I am not aware of similar products. This one seems to be have many little snags that pop up, but generally nothing serious, and support was available valia a chat app - which gets answered but has an about 15 min delay. I can see that the product is continually changed - mostly improved.

Little problems that varied, but generally there were ways around them.

Octfolio have been very helpful with every questions and i have enjoyed working with the team.The registers got changes back to default registers resulting in all data not showing correctly, this has been the major issues.

The QR code feature works well as when you get to a site you can scan and get the register load on any device.

When using Inspector on site the load time and lag is very inconvenient, the web side is also very slow and makes doing small tasks take very long. As we are based in NZ this maybe the why.

We have been using the Octfolio portal as an on and off ramp portal to obtain the reports and place them internally on our registers. It has been a very useful tool, very easy to use particularly when searching and downloading reports from each site.

When searching for assets, It would have been easier to sort via town/city rather than address number

It can produce nice reports. The field app is good also. Support response is excellent. Sadly, it is needed all too often

It is glitchy. It seems to me that every time a change is made, it is released to production with inadequate testing. This is not good enough when the pressure is on to produce reports, and gives the impression that it cobbled together by a geek in a bedroom

Octfolio is a great asbestos survey tool for industry. It provides a good interface to produce quality asbestos registers for the client.

Navigation between sections can be somewhat clunky. Some of the views could have more clickable linked functionality to avoid this.
