One inspectors opinion.

Time. The TREC report is a long report and it take hours to complete. With this software and the ability to go mobile will save me lot of time and a huge amount of money I can pass on to my customers.

PROS

I like the lay out of the reports. It's easy to read and very visual. Everything you need to know is at your fingertips. Pictures and comments are attached to each other. The flow of the report is simple to follow. You know which sections meet the state requirements. Easy to ensure everything is complete and ready for the customer.

CONS

I would like to have more ability to edit photos, like crop and add comments to an area on the photo. It's cool to point arrows and draw circles around objects and I would like to add text. Maybe I can and don't know it. I would also like to generate a preview as I go rather than wait till the end of the report.

Reason for choosing QuickInspect

More a personal touch and customer service from [sensitive content hidden] is awesome. I am more of a face to face rather than a face to company spokesperson, (or let me put you on hold or wait for an agent) kind of guy.

Reasons for switching to QuickInspect

These reports are sexy. I feel it is updated and more visual to my customers. Red is bad, Orange is a recommendation and Yellow is a caution. In today's world pictures and color tell the story. It is quick and easy.

Hey, Tim. Thanks for the review. Yes, you can view the report any time along the way. There's a button for "view report" and it shows it as it's in progress. As for editing photos and adding text on them, that is certainly something we can look to do. Great Product for Inspectors

It’s been good. Great customer service.

PROS

I like the mobile app set up. Easy to to navigate.

CONS

I would like the comments be categorized. Example all the plumbing comments in one bank.Able to upload several photos at once.

Innovative

Speaking with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. I have had questions while navigating the app and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was a phone call away to help me get my question answered. #topnotch

PROS

The quick inspect app is great, from the layout to the details like colored tabs to identify defects easier in the report. It helps highlight the defects that I need my client to see and also allows me to insert lines or circle items. After generating a report, I am able to save the PDF immediately. A very field friendly and easy to use at home application.

CONS

At first I wasnt able to get a PDF version to my clients. But that issue was resolved November 2020.

PROS

The reports are so easy to read and they look great, as well. My clients and I can easily pinpoint the major items that we want to address and negotiate on. Having options on how to open the report is awesome and the summary page is invaluable. It is super easy for my clients and I to review the inspection report and make fast decisions based on it.

CONS

No cons from the end user/inspector's client perspective.
