Safety Space is a cloud-based health and safety software focused on simplicity and practicality. All the usual tools users are used to, made simpler, and easier to understand, aiming to reduce your administrative workload, and engage your workforce in your health and safety program. Safety Space includes incident reporting, an action tracker, email notifications, and custom permit systems. It also includes video Inductions, project reports, inspection builder, competency/training register, SSSP builder, hazard/risk registers, hazardous substances register, equipment register, environmental aspects and impacts, site Inductions and toolbox talks, and contractor management.

Excellent all round software package that is easy to use

Extremely positive, setup was very simple and the software is a great fit for the team.

PROS

Extremely easy to use and cuts down on paper work for H&S. With everything being online, and accessible to everyone. It can be used for all levels of activity (high and low risk) meaning we can have one centralised system.

CONS

Not really a con, but I was unaware of all the features the software had to offer, had I known. I would have made the switch sooner.

Reasons for switching to Safety Space

Paper trail, document sorting and ease of use was getting out of hand.

Review of safety space

Enjoy using it . I think that it doesn't matter what syatem is used all have issues ,but and issues safety space has are easy to get sorted .

PROS

Being able to use it on a number of platforms - phone and laptop

CONS

Just the photos when doing the incident reports - but this is not a biggie

Safety Space - Construction Project

PROS

Comprehensive. Ticks all the boxes. The desktop version creates a good overview of safety trends.

CONS

Phone App version requires a fresh approach. Would be good to use it without data and upload it later as the drop in signal negatively influences the user experience.

It is straightforward and no drama. The ease of answering each line and tasks is as easy as doing a check list.

CONS

uploading photo was not that smooth and cant do multiple uploads for 1 specific tasks

A much needed Health & Safety Software

Very good! Our client has informed us that Safety Space has lived up to their expectations and more.

PROS

My client was impressed by the onboarding and clarity of the product offering. Even though they have only been using Safety Space for 6-months, they can already see the long-term cost-benefit!

CONS

Right now, there are no features we arent happy about. It is all going very well.

Innovative & Meets Business Needs

Overall a very good experience. The app is well-built and simple to use.

PROS

I liked the simple-to-use interface and design. Allows our team to assess risk quickly and put measures in place to effectively reduce harm. It also makes reporting and due diligence a lot faster.

CONS

It has a nice base of existing features and we're looking forward to more custom features coming our way.
