We were overdue for a new software and WOW!
Venga is a great tool for an internal patient call system for our large dental practice. We use it across all departments (administrative, hygiene, assistants, & doctors). We can page for everything from the patient needing a financial, hygiene needing a block, a patient needing an exam, etc)
PROSUnlimited customization options, ease of learning for large staff
CONSInterruptions - wish it would work in the background without taking control of mouse/open windows.

BlueNote seemed clunky and hard to learn

Best inter-office solution
Our experience has been phenomenal. Our doctors are even recommending it other professionals, which speaks volumes since this typically doesn't happen.
PROS1) Ease of use. 2) Being a multi-doctor dental office the docs ( & other staff) can easily see where in the office they need to be at all times 3) Inexpensive 4) Excellent customer service
CONS1) Not one thing I dislike- HONEST!!! LOVE it

Reasons for switching to Venga
Messenger was too cumbersome and the messages were getting buried with everyone else's; meaning we would have to scroll through and read them. The beauty of Venga- These messages pop up in a new window so there is no missing a message and scrolling through countless messages that may not pertain to everyone.

Great form of communication
Great we use it every day.
PROSEasy to use. I like being able to communicate to different ops/rooms with out getting up from my desk.

No Complaints
I am very happy with the software. We have been using this for about a year now and I have no complaints. The customer service (especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] ) has been a pleasure to speak with and very helpful.
PROSThis software was cost sufficient compared to others I reviewed. Installation was easy and very simple to use. I was up and running in minutes.
CONSI wish it did have more options of quick test messages and more options of the quick buttons.

Great software
We no longer have to leave patients alone in the operatories.
PROSIt allows stealth intra-team communication to aid in increasing efficiency and the patient experience.
CONSThere are not more options for colors and sounds.

Venga Review
The Bright colors and the ease of use. Another practitioner I know, uses it and really likes it.
CONSI wish I could select a person to send a message to more easily. Instead of having to click 3-4 times. If I could just select the person from the dashboard, that would be easier.
