The best search engine for your e-shop
We tested several different smart search engines in our online stores. In the service, support and results, Luigi's Box turned out to be the best.
PROSGood and proactive contact both in terms of business conditions as well as during the implementation of the search engine in the online store. Great flexibility.
CONSIt is a matter of web developers rather than Luigi Box, but for the search engine to work well, it is necessary to adjust the product feed file, which may be an additional implementation cost.

LB the search engine that change my site
I can recommend this solution to anyone, it is flexible and very scalable
PROSIt works perfectly well, we have 1.500.000 products so search engine is crusial for us
CONS- the integration took ages\ - the way of valueing costs by tokens is not clear enough

Great search results for eshop
Very good overally. I wish I would not need it and the search in eshop platform we use would be enough, but we do need it and it does what we pay for.
PROSEverything, that shows in search results can be set up. Additionally, the redirections can be set very easily and navigate customer where we need to have him.
CONSSearch results are sometimes not correct and they need to be fixed manually. For example sometimes it prioritase product that has nothing to do with search query and the right products is only shown in small window next to it. This can be fixed, but must be done manually.

Luigi´s box
We have been using Luigi s box for a few years now. In case of problems, their communication was prompt and they tried to solve the problem right away
PROSUser frendly administration. More search options on the e-shop page
CONSIt took quite a while to apply the rules, but that was probably only momentary

Out installed search engine didn't meet our needs, so we looked around for different search engines, some very complex other very discover Luigi's Box. Users appreciate it for its extensive customization options, ensuring that nearly everyone can find what they're looking for on our site.
CONSSome features are tucked away in the depths of the user interface. Once you've grasped everything, it becomes manageable, but initially, it wasn't the most straightforward.The search engine struggles to grasp the seasonality of our product range. We are continuing to work with the support team to improve the situation.
