Encompass is great, customer service available at all times.
PROS
That it is web-based so all the information to all our users/customers is real time. The ability to create users for all type of employees, customers and suppliers. Reporting features are great, they can be customized in any way to create the report you always need.
CONSSometimes the upgrades make some changes in how the tables work and it takes some planning and time fixing the issues so the upgrade is smooth.
